Returns Policy for Coatee Spray

At Coatee Spray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
2. You must obtain a return authorization from us before returning the product(s). To obtain a return authorization, please contact us at [insert contact information].
3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product(s) within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s).
5. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that custom-made or special order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the product(s) arrived damaged or defective.
